This notice explains the limited information connected to ListPilot purchases and support requests.
When you contact ListPilot for support, you may provide your name, email address, order or checkout reference, and the details needed to help with your request. Please do not send payment card details, passwords, or other sensitive account credentials through support messages.
Purchases are completed through the MadeThis platform’s hosted checkout flow. ListPilot does not host a payment form on this site. We use the purchase and access information made available through that flow to confirm access to the protected vault and help address checkout or access requests.
Information submitted through support or connected to a purchase is used to respond to your request, provide purchased access, maintain the storefront, and understand whether a checkout or vault issue needs attention. We do not offer a public mailing-list signup or send marketing email from this storefront.
We retain support and purchase-related records only as needed for access, support, operational recordkeeping, and resolving issues. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used in operating the site and its platform services, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
